Ministry of industry and information technology: promote the establishment of a new energy vehicle power battery recycling system in 2018

1. Promote the recycling of new energy vehicle power batteries. 2. Deepen the pilot demonstration of methanol vehicles. Accelerate the formulation of a number of key standards in the field of methanol vehicles, and promote the promotion and application of methanol vehicles

3. Further promote the extension of producers. We will carry out pilot projects to extend producers of automotive products and promote the second batch of pilot projects to extend producers of electrical and electronic products

4. Strengthen the restriction on the use of toxic and harmful substances in electrical, electronic, automotive and other products. Issue the first batch of qualified management catalogue and exception list for the restricted use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products, issue the conformity assessment system together with CNCA, carry out supervision and inspection on the implementation of the administrative measures for the restricted use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products, and regularly issue the list of compliance in accordance with the Interim Administrative Requirements for the recyclability and utilization rate of hazardous substances in automobiles

5. Continue to carry out green supply chain management demonstration.
